At Tamil Milk, we strive to deliver high-quality dairy products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, in specific cases of damage or spoilage, we provide the following solutions:

1. No Return or Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for our products except in the following cases:

  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon receipt.
  • Spoiled Products: If the product is spoiled when it reaches the customer.

2. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us: Contact us immediately by phone at 7373073750 or email at feedback@tamilmilk.com, providing details and images of the damage.
  • Return the Product: You are required to send the damaged product back to our corporate office at:

Once we receive the damaged product, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

3. Spoiled Products

If you receive a product in spoiled condition:

  • Time Frame: You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Proof: Send an email to feedback@tamilmilk.com or call us at 7373073750 with clear images and evidence of the spoilage.
  • Resolution: Once we verify the spoilage, you will be eligible for either:
    • A 100% refund to your original payment method, or
    • A replacement product, based on your preference.
